Of course Firemen do sometimes heroic deeds, but their's are the cushiest positions around, look at yesterday's Los Angeles Times. In our town there is one fire department lieutenant for every 2.6 firefighters, For profit civil service. look at wt illustrations of the far future, mankind will have sunk back to the bronze age. Exceptional achievement not encouraged in wt land.

We'll never know what invention, what breakthrough or what discovery might have been made by a witness, because their mantra is 'now is not the time' to pursue higher education, this is beneficial for a little, but not for a lot, this is not the best use of your time.
My MIL, a true blue, after being reminded that my son had been clean and sober for 10 years, finished college and was in a stable relationship with a daughter, said:
"When is he going to get back to what really matters??", the snark dripping.
They resent anyone who breaks out of that box and follows their dream.
