if i wasnt so chicken (and had the equipment) i'd do a video blog instead of a written one about my experiences. i want to yell it at the top of my lungs though , not use a quiet reasonable voice!!

That was an excellent summary of why they are so fanatical about keeping hold of the shunning rule when it is so obviously not working in the way they say it is supposed to do, bringing people back into the org.
