I feel distaste. One of the elders in my old congregation knew him and said he got cold vibes from him. He seems to put out a lot of bad vibes.

I didn't know he was president. There used to be a day when everybody knew who the president was, and their is a reason for that too. It's called liability, evasiveness and cunning. I see a snake. I also see a guy who's probably been pulling his pin 60 years. A pontificator with total impunity and arrogance. A sociopath with a massive ego and a liar. I feel probably the way Jesus did. Absolute disgust.
Same revulsion and disgust as when I smell active c. Difficile.
I have heard it claimed that the Art of Diplomacy is defined as :
"Being able to tell someone to 'Go to Hell' in such a manner that they actually look forward to the journey!"
Mention of Ted Jaracz's name will always bring to mind how he beautifully handled a Smart-A#%$ T.V. Commentator after the 1978 International Assembly at Auckland, NZ.
- While Lloyd Barry sat by and came over as a complete Knuckle-Head, Ted Jaracz told this superscilious T.V. Interviewer to variously "Get F###ed", "Shove his head up his
A#%$," "Bite his Bum," " Go to Buggery", "Go to Hell" - or All of the Above;
- but done in such a manner as the Twerp must have indeed almost looked forward to the journey.
(Sorry folks for saying something positive about Jaracz - if it helps any, I will send a photo of Reefton Jack; that you can fasten to your dart board!)
I guess what I am trying to say is that I was - at the time -very impressed with Ted Jaracz's ability to talk his way out of anything!

Theodore Jaracz is ...He is the current "president" of the WTBTS
The current president, according to the January 2007 "Awake", is M (Max?) Larson . I believe that Jaracz is head of the Service Committee, but I could be wrong. I am sure somebody can tell us for sure.
What do I think of him? I have heard him speak and he was a powerful speaker at the time, many years ago. I have never met him. He has acquired a reputation as a hard man , that is all I know for sure.
