The bizarre updated situation in this case now is that the hospital is sueing the woman for refusing a blood transfusion and the woman is sueing the hospital for giving her blood and saving her life in the first place!
The Judge is throwing a wobbly because the rate this case is going it will be Christmas before they've even finished listening to all the official witnesses to be called in this case!
