We have a neolithic man who lived about 3300 BCE to study- the Iceman, Otzi found frozen in the alps. His age is only a few hundred years before Noah. His tools were a copper axe, a flint knife, a bow and arrows. This is the first time neolithic clothes and wooden tools have been preserved for study.
It does not appear to me that these people would have been interested in or technologically able to build a gigantic Ark of the size described in the Bible.
