You saying sumthin' 'bout my posts, SBF? (guilty as charged)
It would be an interesting project.
Respectfully,
AuldSoul
Slim there has not been a "single" thread with the history of the board......yet, although I'm sure someone eventually will do this. It would be an interesting project like AuldSoul said.
If you want to investigate the beginnings of the board I would click onto Simon and go to the first page of his posting, very interesting how it all got started.

This is also a good read:

Happy reading!
Still awaiting the release.
Once upon a time, some zombies were annoyed with overcontrol of jw Internet boards, so they formed their own.
These zombies were bright enough so that, solely by talking to each other openly, they put all their knowledge together and figured out the wts is total bs.
The board became extremely popular and helped many jws wake up. In fact, it became one of the most popular boards on the entire Internet.
Major stories were broken--wts affiliation with UN, child abuse scandals, and more.
A bunch of haters came on the board and trolled, some to mess with our minds, some to bilk us out of cash, some to disrupt because they were jealous. There were other dramas--suicides, suicide and homicide threats, beatings, and other crimes. wts stalked some members. The board became a major annoyance.
The board closed to new members and moved to a new address. After that, despite shrinkage, it remains a great resource.
And they all lived happily ever after, not petting lions. The End
Rebl8 I wish I knew about this board years ago.
