I used to go to rods pizza with a bunch of the guys after the ministry school and service meeting and we had pitures of beer and pizza and half of us were 17 and 18 and lots of older guys there too. After the PO found out and his son was one of them we really got chewed out. We really had a good time though and now one professes to be one of the annointed and another is a self riteous pioneer serving where the need is great Go figure huh?

yeah I knew a lot that drank while in their early teens. I never did though.

In small towns in Tn as a teenager i.e. >13 beer was no prob. All a person had to do was look as if they had put in a days labor (feilds or const) set your $ on the counter and walk withyour beer.
I remember having drinking partys at my parents house. Dad was the PO. My younger bro (13) had a sit down bar in his bedroom so after the Fri. night meeting it would be a sleep over, with more than a few in attendance and plenty of beer for all.
