uhhhm.... do other religions actually claim to be appointed by Jesus himself to "rule over all his belongings"?

Roman Catholics
Mormons
Many religions believe that they are the only true religion and that God is speaking only through them.
There are others that believe that God speaks through others as well which is where the concept of ecumenism comes about.

Most all have one thing in common, in order to have a good life after this one you must please some invisible God through worship of some sort. Some have a little different slant on what life is, some think we are part of God.
The one thing they all have in common is they can't prove it's right by any real evidence, only by emotional brain stimulation.
