I did some quick ciphering and its probably incorrect.

The "average" witness puts in almost 195 hours per year preaching or 3.75 hours per week. Total hours preaching was almost 1.3 billion hours worldwide with about 250,000 people baptized. It takes 5,200 hours of preaching for each baptism (1.3 billion/250,000). Does that sound right? Almost 1,400 witnesses preaching 3.75 hours per week for each baptism? How many of the baptisms were actual converts and not 9 year old jw kids? The number of hours spent preaching for each new convert must be staggering. No wonder a lot of witnesses are burned out and depressed.

Thanks for the stats, I appreciate it! I know that when I was a JW, I totally lied (ehem, "exaggerated") on my service reports. So I wouldn't believe any of those service numbers. I was baptized at age 16. Older than 9, but still had no idea what I was doing :)
