I make no comment about the fact that he may be having regular studies with John Thomas.
Btw, I'm not certain that the 'trustees' of the congregation as a charity are in fact the elders, but I would think it's a fairly safe bet.

I notice that local elders and PO's are listed as administrators of the various JW "charities" in our area.
