Usually an elder from the congregation in whose territory the prison is in although some congregations share access to prisoners.
So figure out what congregation is nearest the prison........see if someone knows who the elders are in that congregation.

Sutcliffe has been inolved with JWs for years, most of us in the UK new this already, if he isnt baptised yet then be assured its not because he hesitated, but rather its because they have delayed the baptism for him. He could have answered the 80 - 120 questions to their satisfaction years ago. Infact he did, but he got sidetracked on the way to the dunking pool, sidetracked by 13 innocent victims. However the dunking pool is still there waiting and he just needs to get in there and seal himself into the cult. Just be aware if he ever knocks your door, ok?
