Hey! I didn't ask for advice. I asked what YOU do when you are nervous. I just may shave my head, but not my head off! You're crazy, er rather I think that's me!Have you heard the song "I Am Not My Hair" by India Arie. It's a must listen for women. Especially, Black women.

When I'm nervous I can do any number of things. In the past I've cut my hair, I eat junk or I buy a book. Once I cut my hair before going out to buy a book and then ate junk while reading it. lol

Luna2, I am trying to get away from the junk eating! I have two muffin tops from over-eating. I think cutting my hair is safer. Reading a book? I'm gonna have to try that.
