I couldn't find this book listed by title. Then did author search (WTB&TS) and it listed some books, but not the one you sited. Don't know where you found it on that site.

I wonder if it's available in the British Museum Library, too? They get a copy of nigh on every book ever printed.

Enter "Watchtower Bible and Tract Society" you will get a list of 100 WT books they have.
Unfortunately no "Pay Attention" manual.
