Info needed from UK

    I was going through a lot of old info I had saved when I first started researching the JWs. Does anyone know what Witness Aid UK is? The link http://homepages.tesco.net/~a17/A17.htm no longer works.

    What I saved is a transcript of The Rude, the Bad and the Ugly. The beginning states:

    Watchtower Society threatened Freeserve, forcing them to close down WAuk on 29 November, 1999.

    This is a transcript of a recording of his judicial committee. The documents contain the names of the elders, two witnesses and the person who authored this article "Anton" - the victim of a WT tar-and-feather.

    I would be interested to know if anyone knows who "Anton" is?

    i have vague memories of him, he would have been around about the same time that roy calloways site was about, roys was called onroad summat or other. i dont know if his site is still online or if it would have links to antons

    Anton would be "Anthony Roberts" who ran Witness Aid UK. nope got that wrong, looks like Nelly got it. Looks like Anton is in Edinburgh. Scotsman on here might know him personally.

    Spotlight Ministries have a link to it too with the following comment:

    'A UK site run by former Jehovah's Witness Anthony Roberts. Information and support for Jehovah's Witnesses who are seeking to leave the Organisation. The contents of this website troubled the Watchtower Society so much that they tried to get it taken off the internet.'

    No - it appears he moved his site which is always a bad idea. It has also been at http://www.wauk.freeserve.co.uk/

    which is also down. His name is Anthony Roberts.

    lol Whiole I was waiting for some responses I found his new website - the same one that sad emo just posted.

    He doesn't seem to have his story posted on the site though. The website says Anthony Roberts Edinburgh, Scotland so where is Little Toe when I need him?

    And I can't seem to find an email address on the site! I would love to post the transcript but if there were legal difficulties I don't want to rock the boat. So I would need a way to contact him.
