They used to report to the Service Desk (Theo Jaracz) and now they report to the Governing Body (Theo Jaracz).
I've seen posts like this before indicating that Jaracz is the one behind the scenes running the 'show'
How is it that we know this? Can someone point me to a link discussing this?

Didn't they say they were all anoited(sp?) when some appear to be not?
In whose judgment do some appear to be not? Each one has publicly declared they are "anointed" in the WTS definition by partaking publicly of the emblems for 30 years and longer. The WTS GB has recognized them as "anointed" by selecting them to be on the GB. If other JWs and non-JWs feel that because some declared themselves anointed after 1935 means they "appear not to be," that is an individual and unofficial WTS opinion. Blondie
