I love really good chocolate dark and organic mmmmmm so good.
We've got really good seafood here. Not to my liking is dulse. Dried seaweed. Tastes like you're chewing a wet salty plastic bag. Mmmm good!

Anything Italian...I just love pasta! Seafood is right up there too! Yum Yum.

- Boiled crawfish & gumbo
- Tex-mex (just about any of it)
- Filet mignon, usually pepper encrusted or bourbon
- Shrimp and vegetable skewers, grilled, blackened
- Blackened catfish filets
- Mongolian grill
- Brazilian churrascaria
I don't really do dessert much, but I do love blackberries in almost anything. I grew up with a back fence overgrown with the things, so as kids we would pluck them straight from the vine, wash them with the water hose and eat them right there.
