An apple or a pear is another one of my favorites. They're high in fiber so they keep you feeling full longer.
I'll also snack on Fat-Free, Sugar-Free Jello pudding. One serving is about 100 calories when made with skim milk.
Over all, a good variety of snacks help to keep the cravings down.
