Spot on. Also, in case some of you haven't noticed... He's been filling the pews in the church around the corner. One definition of "generation" in my dictionary says...: The average time interval between the birth of parents and the birth of their offspring.

So maybe a 20 year span? Let's see 1914 was 92 years ago.. Don't buy it.

The WTS quit using that scripture in 1995 when they changed the meaning of the word "Generation". They haven't used Matt 24:34 since then.

C'mon. Leave Jesus alone! Jesus is "waiting". Just like the watchmen have to wait so that when it does happen, everything will go on without a hitch. And the majority of the 144,000 up there are waiting too because they'll have a hand in kicking ass at Armageddon. Meanwhile, Brother Russell continues to oversee the dispensing of our food.

So true. Even many Jehovah's Witnesses can't give a coherent answer as to what they believe.

I guess Jesus handed the reigns over to his genius compatriots, the GB, and went on a trip. Sitting around playing bridge and waiting for it to be time for the Big A got to be too boring.
