Wouldn't the KH's property insurance cover this damage? (I'm assuming they have property insurance)
Wouldn't it be funny if the insurance company welshed out of paying by claiming it was an act of god:)

If the insurance company welshed out, it would the the WTS welshing out since that is how KHs are insured in the US. The WTS pays out on claims.
