They reflect the educational level of the leadership they are people without culture and education and that partly explains why they made such a mess of their followers.

That explains why I never mistakenly thought a window cleaner or floor polisher was a college grad here in the states. Come to think of it, when I was in Jamaica I never heard anyone mistake a street vendor, shopkeeper, bus driver or hotel employee for a college graduate. All the college guys held positions in finance. They spent a lot less time and made a lot more $ at their high profile jobs than the average Jamaican.
I have a hunch that the WT is a bit mistaken on this but I could be wrong since after all, they are the Faithful Slave.
