Actually, if it were me, I'd be the kind of bartender who would refuse to serve the elders I know. Right when they walk in: "Haven't you had enough to drink already, Brother™? I think you'd better give me your car keys and I'll call you a cab." or "There aren't any rules about confidentiality here, how much are you willing to pay me to stop me from reporting your excessive drinking to the Elders™?"
