I have a lawyer in Australia interested in the BLOOD NEWS

The elders came to me last night inviting me to a meeting on the charge of Apostasy. I told them that I will not come and that if I am announced from the platform I will sue each elder involved in my case personally. (I had been having a few end of year drinks at work just before they arrived unannounced at my door so was unusally bold and forceful) Anyway today I went to the lawyer that I have been using for business dealings to discuss the situation and to ask for a letter to be drafted that I can send out to the individual elders. They are all at bethel so this will create an incredible stir, particularly as I am very fond of the Bethel elder and know him personally. My lawyer knew all the factors involved and said he was happy to help, even though warning me to be realistic of the consequences. I asked him how he knew so much about my question as he specialises as an immigration lawyer. He said he is a Christian and studied about Jehovahs Witnesses at Uni (another of those unbelievable consequences that have been regularly happening since i stopped believing.)

I mentioned that there has been a release on the possibility of suing the WTS in regards to deaths resulting from Jehovah's Witnesses relying on misleading information in the Watchtower, and there may be some people who have had loved ones die in Australia looking for a lawyer to help them sue. He said he would love to read the information and is always keen to help where 'sects use misinformation to mislead its members'.

This lawyer is very ethical and charged me about half of what other lawyers were asking when I have used him for contracts etc. If anyone would like to speak to him in regards to the blood news or look at putting together a case please PM me and I can give you his details.

You can only take him at his word. Go for it!

I have to make clear that I only spoke to him this evening and he has not yet read the information, so I will need to wait until he can digest it and know whether it is something that he believes can be won in Australia. I am meeting with him tomorrow and will keep everyone posted as to what his conclusions are.
