I went to the kh in Foothill Farms, CA with the late great Geaorge Allen. He played for the Houston Oilers. I was sad when he died. He was one of a handful of sincere people I knew.

I was the court stenographer for Freddie Starr's gardener, who was accused of stealing

jewelry and money from Freddie. Gardner said it was for "sexual favors." Press was all

over that one. Freddie Starr put a parking cone on his head and sand Pretty Woman to

me as I went through the car park....and the proceeded to ask me out for a drink.

I just kept staring at his platform shoes, thinking, wow, you are short!

My husband and I are big Star Trek fans. Back in the late 70's we went to a Star Trek convention which had to be held along with a comic book convention to draw an audience. We met and spent a lovely afternoon with George Takei (Sulu) as most were there for the comic books. He told us that the original cast was to be featured in an upcoming movie. Much later in 1999 we stayed at the Star Trek Hilton in Las Vegas. We met Armin Shimmerman (Quark on Deep Space Nine). Needless to say our time with him was much shorter as we waited in a long line just to see him.

Used to know Kevin Bacon's uncle. He's not American, he's English. Born in Nottinghamshire, then moved up to Tyneside. He got his acting break through a friend of his brother who worked on transatlantic ships. Don't know why he made up the fabrication about being American. rather bizarre. If you do the research, he's done a pretty good job hiding it.
