Name Things JWs Make Issues Over They Have No Right To Do

  The Witnesses are worse than the Pharisees ever were!

  If you don't turn in a time slip and record your "ministerial" activities, you are no good.

  If you wanted to smoke, you would be kicked out, even though the Bible says nothing about smoking (and J.F. Rutherford, the Society's President regularly smoked).

  You cannot go to a "quick build" project and give of your free services if you are wearing a tee shirt with a logo on it!

  I can go on.....Please list some things that JWs make rules about that are questionable or simply absurd.

  The blood issue - nobody has the right to make life or death decisions for someone else.

  Dressing in full suit or dress. In hot weather, nylons are miserable, as (and I have experience) is a tight collar button and the sweat box. In very cold weather, "sisters" cannot wear pants to keep warmer.

  Celebrating holidays or birthdays. The Bible clearly says that it is acceptable to celebrate Christmas--Luke 2:10-14 details perfect angels celebrating Christmas, and I challenge anyone to provide referenced evidence that those angels were made into demons because of that incident.

  Missing a single boasting session or cutting down on field circus, perhaps to deal with a sickness or urgent issue at home or work.

  You should quit your job if it means you won't regularly make all the meetings. I knew guys that rotated 4 days on 4 days off and that schedule was what they had to work with or else they couldn't be employed at this particular place. The elders directed these guys to quit or else they wouldn't be able to pass the microphones. (It's true).
