Resurection of billions will bring famine

When BILLIONS of people resurect, in flesh and bone, their bodies will again need a source of energy: food. The world will be seriously overpopulated overnight and food will become scarce; should we expect cattle rustlers, gangs, tribal wars? Will history repeat itself? What does the WT "feed" in this subject?

    Inquiring minds want to know...

I agree with you on this point. The WT in their infinite knowledge never explains how all these people will be fed. I am sure they will tell you to "wait on Jehovah".

To an all powerful Creator who brought about the universe, world, mankind and resurrection; what happens afterward would also be part of His plan... Don't you worry about it, it will be taken care of. Besides, if a person is resurrected into immortality, who's to say we need food in an immortal body? I'll bet we don't.

Right on. And can you imagine having a perfect body and always needing to disappear into the bushes with a handful of leaves or something in order to deal with waste? A perfect body wouldn't produce waste would it?

I continue to think that for a perfect individual, eternity on this dust mote would get boring after about five hundred years. And why would a planet full of perfect humans need ANY sort of government at all?

See the GB hasn't thought any of these kinds of questions through to their logical conclusions. No doubt because they don't have the ability to think anything through to its logical conclusion.

    That's my conclusion.

Cattle rustlers? They always told me that we would be vegetarian!

Perhaps that would be an excuse to kill off again the wrongdoers - a "ressurection of judgement" indeed.

Seriously, if you can be about this baloney, the WT used to predict a steady and orderly ress. starting with the latest to die and working back to man's earliest ancestors - so that each ressurectee could be greeted by someone they know.

How do they make this stuff up - and why the hell did we belieive it?

That was one of my initial questions too when I was being borganized. They explained it away by saying that people would be resurrected gradually over time going backwards from those who recently died to those long ago dead as the earth was cleansed and homes were built from them. They explained that there would be a great educational work going on teaching these newly resurreected people about the "sock puppet's" new kingdom. Of course, non of these explanations were supported by scripture...just ramblings by old WT loyalists.

At the time those few brain cells I had that were still functioning couldn't formulate the correct questions that wouldn've blown this little fairy tale out the water since then it was so clouded by WT bull$hit.

Now I know what there won't be any cats or dogs in the "new system." The billions will have eaten them.
