How many Isaiah's prophecies of chapter 19 were fulfilled?
by opusdei1972 ini have read the chapter 19 of isaiah, which scholars of high criticism believe to be authentic, of isaiah himself.
in this chapter there are more than one prophecy for egypt.
my question is, how many of them you found fullfilled and unfulfilled?....

Misleading explanation for the fulfillment of the Prophecy against Tyre
by opusdei1972 inas we know, nebuchadnezzar could not conquer the island of tyre, so he could not fulfill what was predicted in ezekiel chapter 26. many years later, ezekiel admitted that the prediction failed in chapter 29:.
17 and it came to pass in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, that the word of the lord came to me, saying, 18 son of man, nebuchadnezzar king of babylon caused his army to labor strenuously against tyre; every head was made bald, and every shoulder rubbed raw; yet neither he nor his army received wages from tyre, for the labor which they expended on it.
19 therefore thus says the lord god: surely i will give the land of egypt to nebuchadnezzar king of babylon; he shall take away her wealth, carry off her spoil, and remove her pillage; and that will be the wages for his army.

Watchtower Nov 2014 for public (Satan and fiction)
by opusdei1972 inthe passage that narrates the three temptations appears in the synoptics, but is ignored in the fourth gospel.
furthermore, in the fourth gospel jesus could not spend 40 days in the wilderness after being baptized as told in mark 1:12-13 (which is the source of matthew and luke).
so, if the testimony of the author of the fourth gospel were true (read john 21:24), the story of the wilderness never happened.

The Watchtower and its absurd accusations against the Church Fathers
by opusdei1972 ini love to read the watchtower's article "the church fathersadvocates of bible truth?
" (w01 4/15 pp.
there we may read the most contadictory statements of the watchtower society, which shows how deceptive and ignorant is the jehovah's witnesses religion.. .

Jehovah told to Moses: "....kill every woman who has had sexual relations with a man"
by opusdei1972 inin numbers 31 we read the following:.
jehovah then told moses:2 take vengeance for the israelites on the midianites.
afterward you will be gathered to your people.3 so moses spoke to the people, saying: equip men from among you for battle against midian and to execute jehovahs vengeance on midian.4 you should send 1,000 of each tribe of all the tribes of israel into the army............ 7 they waged war against midian, just as jehovah had commanded moses, and they killed every male.8 along with the others slain, they killed the kings of midian, namely, evi, rekem, zur, hur, and reba, the five kings of midian.

Where was the dead body of Jesus? Did the disciples disappear it?
by opusdei1972 ini am currently an skeptic, but i have to admit that i can't assure that all the stuff of early christianity was false.. for instance, we know that the genuine letters of paul were written before the destruction of jerusalem.
so, paul affirmed that jesus resurrected, though he was not there when it supposedly happened.
but, if jesus did not resurrect, why didn't the jews expose this falsehood?.

Watchtower November 2014: Witnesses can't donate blood
by opusdei1972 inlet us read a recent watchtower publication:.
many medical professionals and other advocates of blood transfusion appeal to people to donate blood in hopes of saving lives.
however, jehovahs holy people acknowledge that the creator has the right to say how blood is to be treated.

Early christians : Were they chosen ?, if so, what about those who were not?
by opusdei1972 init is a hard task to understand what christ and early christians had in mind.
but i noted that in the gospels appears the word "elect" (greek eklektos).
it seems that early christians thought that they were chosen by god.

The Gentile Times were fulfilled
by opusdei1972 in24 they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led captive among all nations; and jerusalem will be trodden down by the gentiles, until the times of the gentiles are fulfilled.
(luke 21:24).
as i see, a natural reading of this prophecy says that if we see jerusalem, the city, without being trodden down by the gentiles, the times of the gentiles will be fulfilled.
