IFF* you are using the active topics filter, any time a thread gets a message posted, it goes to the top of the stack. The message doesn't have to be "bttt" - it could be "Kilroy was here" and it would have the same effect.
For pure reading pleasure, nothing is better than a thread with 25 consecutive "bttt"s.
Remember, if you have nothing to say, you can still say "bttt". I've done it 4315 times.
