Note: If you are using Internet Explorer, you may need to do the following:
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Click on Settings (Under Temporary Internet Files)
Select Every Visit to the page (Under Check for Newer Versions of Stored Page)
(This will ensure that the WebCam image is refreshed correctly)
