Need help compiling a list of the latest changes in doctrine and practices

I have former JWs looking at jwfacts.com in order to update themselves with what is happening with the religion, so that they can better understand their JW family. It thought it would help if there was a page devoted to what has changed since 2000.

Here are a few.

According to the Nov 14 WT we cab drink before meetings. This is a reversal from an article from about a decade prior.

Supposedly no more types/antitypes, but they're making an exception for the 1914 doctrine. (March QFR)

Bible reading reduced to 3 minutes during the midweek meetings. Bible highlights now only allows the brother giving the talk to make one point in 2 minutes. Demonstrations for brother on the TMS. (As of 2015)

All assemblies are 1 day (but mysteriously cost the same). No book study during the CO visit. (As of September '14)

Resurected ones are allowed to get married in the new system (apparently Jesus was talking about the anointed when he said they would be like angels . I think this was in a QFR from summer 2014.

New KHs to have a more commercial storefront like appearance (presumably for better resale)

Jw.org signs on KHs (a reversal on the previous insistence that they not use the WT logos on KHs)

Another recent change:

Kingdom Ministries were once reserved and set aside for the 'privileged' baptized and unbaptized publishers. The Elders would horde them and pass them out (even putting individual names on them) one by one to those who 'qualified' to have one. Newly interested ones and disfellowshipped ones were literally not allowed or permitted to have one.

Things have changed! Kingdom Ministries are no longer the sacred and protected spiritual food they once were. Not only are they readily accessible online on jw.org to anyone and everyone, but now even the elders have ceased from treating Kingdom Ministries as cherished pieces of literature.

As of just recently Kingdom Ministries have become a 'help-yourself' item! When they are delivered to the congregations they are stacked in a large pile at the back counter for even the disfellowshipped to help themselves to.

2) Started Family Worship Evening
3) Initiated schools at HQ for single sisters, single brothers, & married couples
4) Stopped applications for the Gilead Missionary School - it's now invitation only
5) Produced greatly inferior quality paperback Bibles and songbooks - which quickly
fell apart
6) Introduced a Study Watchtower for "deeper" articles for Witnesses
7) Reduced the pages in the public Watchtower and the Awake by 50%
8) Introduced a website where literature, Assembly programs & videos can be
downloaded by people, rather than giving printed material away
9) In the July 2013 Study Watchtower, several MAJOR teachings which were the
"truth" for many decades, were REVERSED!!!
10) Set up a scheme whereby every congregation cancelled their KH private
insurance, and paid the premium to the Org.
11) Established the Kingdom Hall Trust - which effectively assigns ultimate control
of the KH to the Org! (Google Menlo Park)
12) World HQ gets sold off after nearly 100 years
13) Numerous country Branches sold off and Bethelites made redundant
14) Every District Overseer in the world to be made redundant in September 2014 -
"many" will be used as Circuit Overseers
15) New donation arrangement to be instituted this year, by getting Witnesses to
pledge and pay a specific amount of cash every month.
16) Only a privileged few thousand got invited to the Annual Meeting - in future,
everyone will see it via videolink
17) The sell-off and relocation of the Britain Branch
18) The Worldwide Kingdom Hall Construction Team to replace the RBC in its
present form
19) The Revised edition of the New World Translation Bible
20) WTBTS registers as an NGO and attends the conferences of the Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe. (OSCE)
21) All Circuit Overseers to retire at 70
22) CoBE approaching/80 years old to retire.
23) C.O.'s visit reduced to 2 meetings instead of 3.

24) JW Broadcasting TV

The following used to be taught as "truth", (now discarded) but all have been reversed, so now the opposite is "true"! (Watchtower July 15 2013)

The Great Tribulation started in 1914.
Judging of the Sheep & Goats was ongoing from 1914.
All Christ's belongings were assigned to FDS in 1919.
All with the heavenly hope composed the FDS.
Only those with the heavenly hope were the 'domestics'.
There is an Evil Slave class.
The 'gnashing of teeth' began in 1919
