Last time we were in Canada and going round the rockies, we ordered some food to be delivered to our room. The guy obviously wanted the scores and said "Hey, you guys watching the game?"
"Erm ... sorry", I said, "I don't even know what sport it is !" (I like to exaggerate)
At least he could tell me what it was and who was playing
concerned mama: Yes, I need to learn hockey ... and how to skate and ski ! We've been to Jasper but haven't been brave enough to go in winter (it's snowed in summer while going over the icefield parkway ... I guess you go across the other way though)
