Wonder if it has something to do with the contamination at the site. A real issue. May not want pics because they can;t control them and really do not know who the photo taker is.

If so, can't have the rank & file JWs using this scenery for their own purposes. It would lose its aura of being special if the average Joe in the religion can have their own picture taken there.
