I love most of their shows especially 30 -min. Meal, Tyler's Ultimate, Food 911 and Goodeats, and not to mention all the competitions and Iron Chef. I'm learning a lot.

Bigred is addicted to it, and has become quite a good cook.
Emeril had a recipe one night that Dave is determined to try, but I am passing on this one. It is raw oysters, green onions, and icy vodka in a martini glass. Called "Oyster Shooters". Yuck.

I don't watch that channel much, but I find Emeril entertaining. If I'm flipping through and I catch him, I might stop and watch for a while.

It seems to me that Alton Brown's ``Good Eats," Sara Moulton and Tyler Florence are the most instructive.
