It was really nice to hear of a pleasant experience at a J.W. funeral.
The speaker must have been (a nice guy) a people person, caring. That is so nice that he really talked about your dad.
.. and wasn't it nice your dad gave your fiance that smile of approval a few weeks earlier. Wonderful.
I can see why you were pleasantly surprised, since it usually doesn't go that way.

Sounds like you have a good support: new fiance....(congrats!!!) Don't be afraid to talk to him about your situation, that is what being a couple is all about. You have many here that care as well.
