I am so glad it isn't cancer YEA. Funny, Thunder IS injured for life and we had to use MY insurance to find every available treatment and we GOT nothing but she milking the system....that sucks.

That woman sounds like what our Justice department calls a Vexatious Litigant. These people love to sue for the fun of it. It sounds like the worst she will do to you is cause you needless worry and waste your time. I think the judge will be able to see past the garbage on this one.
