Possible I suppose. Wasn't FF the one the others referred to as "The Oracle" ? If so, I always thought it an odd nickname for a supposed man of God.

    correction:

I met the Jewish man in question. He gave our Memorial talk years ago.

The brother I met is not Jewish, but from another middle eastern country.

I found this link about Franz being a Millerite at heart, from Freeminds:

    http://www.freeminds.org/women/millerite_franz.htm

I had never read that before, very enlightening and explains a lot.

Natheer Salih sounds more like a Shiite name than a Jewish one. BTW Natheer Salih would translate from the Arabic as almost a pun 'Earnest Warner', particularly poignant in this situation.

Barb Anderson wrote once of a Jewish Witness who knew Hebrew, and the bros. in the Writing Department respected him. He even chastised them for one of their gaffs in a WT article that came out after Freddie died. You might want to ask her about this Jewish Witness. I remember too that she said he was inactive!
