It hasn't been a great deal here in the U.K for decades, except they would not use you on an Assembly Platform with a beard, is that still the case ?
Many years ago when I questioned this, I was shown the printed instructions from the WT about who should and shouldn't be used on Assembly/Convention programmes, it stated that all Bros used should be clean shaven.
