Yes, you can purchase eyebrow wigs. I had a pair a few years back. Didn't keep them for too long. Doubt Trudeau has them, though. For just that reason - slippage would be too embarrassing. 😖
Eyebrow wigs -- that's hilarious! They make wands of color like mascara and makeup artists are probably using on him to show them off - balances his nose and other features, perhaps. Full, thick, natural, brows, are the huge thing for yrs. now. Long time since the Mae West over-thinned out look.
