That is breathtakingly arrogant. Either they made a decision without 'heavenly guidance' or they're putting themselves on Jehovah's level by including God in the "we."
So, which is it, WTS? Decided this on your own without consulting the Big Guy? Or did you demote Him and now He's just another GB member?

the letter uses "we" in two distinct forms...
- "we take reasonable steps" (inclusive)
- "we have decided" (exclusive)
but the exclusive "we" domineering decision makers never sign their respective individual name to these sweeping decrees...

The real identity of these authoritarian author(s) is concealed from outsiders. WT would have you believe this is an indication of humility so as to avoid egotism.
The real motive of anonymous WT authors is legal protection. They want outsiders to complicate any attempts to render the authors individually liable should the results of these anonymous orders be found unlawful or become harmful to recipients.
