The PEW Research a few years back, gave the percentage of women in the org 65%. Women of a mature age ( over 40) do not have a chance to get a husband as the men - no matter what their age - go for the young. Virgins aplenty and ready to train!
A lot of problem in Pennsylvania is that there can be a marriage of a child under the age of 16, when parents give them their consent. This is also the law in seven other states. Due diligence by the public to change these laws is apparent but where polygamy exists and the extra wives and children are on state help, there has to be a solution, and the holdup for 18 years in Penn passing a law, shows what is controlling the perverted minds of those in power- who says religion and politics are separate, especially when it comes to the abuse of the young.
Hopefully a woman in charge, who can relate, will fix Penn state law.
