Did they send ya home with some good drugs?????????? If so, you might be feeling so good you might strain yourself,,,,,,,,,take it easy and let yourself heal. Just worried about ya, I felt so darn good after having a c-section, and grateful to be out of the hospital, I ran and did everything I wasnt supposed to do, it wasnt bothering me at all......at the time.
