Hi Breeze, yes, that is a young Bob Denver as Maynard G. Krebs. I loved Dobie Gillis too. Tres is correct, it was Dwayne Hickman who played Dobie. Remember Tuesday Weld too?

Speaking of Tuesday Weld, she was Thalia Menninger on Dobie Gillis. She was once married to the late Dudley Moore. Another funny fellow, btw. Especially in "Arthur."
Tres, my favorite repeated line from Dobie Gillis, besides when Maynard would panic at the thought of work, was when Dobies Dad would look into the camera and in exasperation mutter, "someday, I'm gonna have to kill that boy."

I was flipping channels the other night and I came upon "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels", the part where Steve Martin is playing Ruprect the monkey boy. I have to laugh everytime I think about that and also his movie "All of me"
