So this weeks service meeting is so full of "crazy"

A whole 15 min part devoted to trying to indoctrinate everyone on how to "explain our beliefs on 1914"

Then another 15 min part called "A tool to help us explain our beliefs about 1914"

It had a waffling 7 min demo trying to explain the info in the nov 2014 watchtower.....

Comments like " we know the kingdom was set up in 1914 as a fact!"

    oh Dear!......

    Was this the 'parousia' kingdom?

or was this the kingdom where none seeing 1914 would die,

perhaps it was the kingdom of overlapping years.

Perhaps it is the kingdom where by didnt of some access to the divine they believe the heavens did some housekeeping and evicted bad tennants inflicting them on the human race.

perhaps the kingdom of name swaps where the 'faithful and discreet slave' title was taken from the underpaid minions at bethel and as an ermine mantle self bestowed on the gb

Perhaps it is the wts in an early state of panic because peole are more interested in surviving week to week, raising their kids, paying the bills than give a damn about a terrible year now a century ago.

Does any householder really care? Do most Witnesses, given that they're rapidly becoming apathetic due to the several failures of WTBTS prophecy, doctrinal changes & Org changes? I don't think so!

If the GB knew what was good for them they would be trying to forget about it.

Their apathy level dips and their zeal momentarily returns when an Ebola case hits the news in their area or when things flare up in the Middle East. Then all of a sudden, all that proves The End(TM) is right around the corner! Obviously(TM) it is very, very close.

At such times, meeting attendance improves for several Sunday meetings, a few sign up for Aux Pio that haven't done so for years, and a couple will confess of their secret sins to the Elders (so they don't miss out on salvation).

All this makes me wonder if the WBT$ is actually dying on it's arse? Let's hope so. (Not holding my breath though).

"know" and "fact" = we (WT) are guessing/fantasizing/hoping/pulling stuff out of our a$$. Just go with it.
