Simon, you are making your argument from result to cause (like Jehovahs witnesses) in your op to locate result and cause within the same person/people. isn't it time you moved away from your JW reasoning skills? edit: that last sentence was harsh and I apologise. But the fact is that this is how we have been taught to reason - from result to cause - and I include myself in this.
