The WT is stuck in the 1950s. A corporate look does not include facial hair. In the 1960s, growing a beard or sideburns was a sign of rebellion. I notice men today go from beards to cleanshaven to stubble to beard within short time periods. I see few men in ponytails now. Witnesses can be spotted by their dress. They look like hicks. I can spot them on the subway even when they have NO WT literature out. Growing a beard is testing the waters.
