I avoided the week long school as I simply refuse to waste a week of my life on this crap, but I will go to the one "school" at the end of the year (usa) and report back on what it says... but I susspect lost generation is spot on about the upcomming changes.
Just curious, how did you manage to avoid the harrassment from fellow elders for not attending?

My Guesses for the Future
1. New understanding of Jesus' parable of the 'Faithful and Discreet Slave'. FDS exclusively the Governing Body. The domestics are the other anointed. The belongings are the other sheep.
2. Expansion of disassociation by actions to include inactive ones.
3. Gradual backing away of the blood doctrine, making it a "conscience matter"
4. Seperation of the Watchtower and the individual congregations to protect the Orgs interests against lawsuit.
5. Governing Body able to "anoint" individuals via "laying on of hands".

I think the 100th anniversary of the out break of the first World War in 2014 is going to cause changes and make them spin new light.
There will be a Watchtower sometime in 2014 that will probably be a special one off edition explaining why Jehovah hasn't put the cuffs on Satan yet.
However they need to address the three most important issues which is Credibility, Apostates and they are going nowhere fast unless they get everyone who goes from door to door CIB checked and registered.
