How many JW's got disfellowshipped during 2011?

    I meant they don't publish them online anymore and I don't really bothered digging up the latest yearbook but ~50k each year over 7M is significant. That's 500 congregations or 0.7%, when you include the churn that comes to 2-3% of Witnesses each year that have some kind of issues in a high-control religion.

    And then we're not even talking about the immense amounts of kids and 'interested ones' that each year do not attend you just have to look at the number of bible studies conducted, it's almost double the amount of Witnesses so in reality you should have (if you were succesful with your studies) almost an exponential increase but we see a low 1-2% across the board.

    Given that a study takes on average 6m - 1y before either they get baptized, the Witness gives up or the householder cancels you can see each year how many people come in contact with Witnesses and never commit. It's literally millions of people each year that they 'lose' in some way or another.
