You tip off the WTBTS on a piece of real estate where they can get more bang for their buck and they will put their best men in the finance and legal departments on it ASAP!
However, a well intentioned health care provider advises the WTBTS on how best to deal with mental health and abuse issues among JWs and the GB places it on the backburner!
Go figure.
