Never. First of all, I don't think I could wait that long. Not that I have ever jumped in the sack with someone instantly, and I have never had a once night stand.
But havent you guys and gals ever had a kiss with someone and it wasnt very good at all?! I imagine no one stays with someone who is a bad kisser? Or you teach them to kiss good. Same with sex I think.
"Teaching" someone is fine and dandy if the person is willing to learn. Not everyone is. If you don't take a 'test drive' you won't discover how learning impaired the person is until it's too late.
Sex may not be "everything", but without it you may just as well have a roommate. You can save a ton on divorce costs if things don't work out.
It cost me a ton to divorce my "roommate", because when all is said and done, that's all she ever was.

I wouldn't consider marrying someone I hadn't slept with yet.
