He is misleading in the second video. He knows nothing about anything called a "custody packet" because he probably knows it as cp-e92 or some other technical name. He ducks and complicates the questions so that he can answer like Bill Clinton saying "That depends on what your definition of IS is."
Such gross misleading allows him to feel he has lied for Jehovah, but technically did not lie to a court.
