There have been drops in attendance in the past. Does anyone have the stats from the last 10 years on a spreadsheet. I can't access mine right now.

The 2010 memorial was my LAST meeting. Our attendance was down about 40 persons from the previous 5-10 years.

Funny, the "OFFICIAL" numbers keep going "up"...
But the number of posters on this board who are still "in" indicate that the numbers are much lower this year...

They counted both as long as I was attending it.
The partakers count was "edited" for credibility, however.
Only if the elders thought the person was "good enough" would they be counted. This was entirely subjective - no specific rules existed, other than they pretty much had to be baptized and in good standing.

Hmmm. Thanks for that info, JWoods... I was never on the 'inside' track as to how the congregations operated... Jes' a warm body filling up a space...
